SITTING COMFORT IN DIFFERENT ACTIVITIES
Ergonomics is the science of creating a healthy workplace by adapting the physical environment and work systems to fit the user needs, in order to avoid physical stress, injury and improve user efficiency. Thus, a dynamic chair is important to serve this purpose.
IMPORTANCE OF CORRECT SITTING POSITION
Majority of us spend our wake hours at work behind our desks with long hours of sitting down. Needless to say, we need proper chairs that work with our body to spare us from backaches and fatigue. Thus, correct sitting with the right chair is extremely important.

Adjust seating height while in chair with thighs horizontal with the ground and both feet flat on the floor. Your weight should be distributed evenly on the seat. Rounded or waterfall contoured seats provides additional support minimizing pressure under the thighs to promote proper blood circulation to the lower legs. A chair with good lumbar back support is essential. Lumbar support and contoured back helps guide the spine into correct position which reduces back strain and ensure good posture.
